2021 Kansas City Culinary Weekend and Elevation Ceremony.

On June 4th, 2021, members of the Des Moines Chapter of the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs participated in a culinary weekend event in Kansas City, Missouri. The ceremony featured the induction of new members from the Des Moines Bailliage, including Tony Magalski as Chevalier and Kim Magalski as Dame de la Chaîne. Additionally, Maître Rôtisseurs Rolando A. Molina was elevated to Vice Charge de Presse, accompanied by Young Chefs Inductions. The event also witnessed the inscription of Bailli Dean M. Luttrell to the prestigious L’Académie de Gastronomie Brillat-Savarin ("Académie") Members Trophy. Among the distinguished guests were Argentier des États-Unis, Honoraire Rufus Cressend, and Reimund Pitz, President du Comité des Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs, who co-hosted the splendid gala.
