Greetings Chaîne Members of the Des Moines Bailliage,
Chaîne des Rôtisseurs 2025 local dues of $50 per member are now up for renewal. Please send us your check for $50 (per member) to the following address (or drop it off at the ICI):

If you would like to make a tax-deductible donation to the local Chaîne scholarship funds, please enclose a separate check made to the DMACC Foundation (checks only—no Venmo). ICI Chef’s Toque Society credit will be given for all donations made to this fund.

Chaine Account Login Instructions
Here are the directions to access your National Chaine account on the new format.
Step 1: Please go to the U.S. Chaine website @ www.chaineus.org
Step 2: The email you are receiving this update in, is the email we have in the system.
This email is now your new username.
Step 3: Once at www.chaineus.org please click on Member Login and Dashboard on the left-
hand side. This will take you to the new Membership Portal.
Step 4: You will then click on “Forgot Password”. This will generate an email link to be
sent to your email. The subject of the email is Web Password reset request.
Step 5: Within the email you received click on the link go to the password reset page.
Reset your password and then sign into your new membership dashboard.
Step 6: From there you can pay your dues, update some of your personal information,
and register for any upcoming events in the new system.
Please do not click on Create a New Account, if you received this email you have an
account and must use this email address. If you would like to change your email please
